It’s (almost) September

Thanks for bearing with us over the past few months. Admin has been a bit hit and miss, as have responding to messages and following up queries. But all of us who run CSL on a voluntary basis needed some time with our own families.

I’m just about to start sending out the renewal/return texts

Renewals: To keep it simple, all existing loan renewal dates will remain 1st of the month, ALL renewals will be online.

Returns: Returns can be to the Spital/Stonegravels/Worksop dropoffs on or around 1st of the month, or, once we have sessions scheduled, sessions, to an agreed session.

Swaps: We can arranged for a doorstep swap to be collected from Library HQ (Spital).

Upcoming Sessions: We are still working on session plans, we hope to run a session on Friday 18th September at Hasland Village Hall. You will need to pre-book an appointment, these will be 20 minutes long and free of charge. More details when we have confirmation that the venue is satisfied with our risk-assessment and procedural changes, but if you want to express interest in attending please email kate@waystocarry.co.uk or message us on the FB page https://www.facebook.com/cfieldslings/

Consultant appointments: We are still offering consultant appointments, see here for details.

Outstanding Payments: I will be sending out outstanding payment texts to more people than I would like to today. Please remember we are not-for-profit, volunteer run and we receive no funding from any source other than your rental and membership fees. If you are in financial hardship and cannot pay, then please do get in touch, we’re very flexible. If you are not in financial hardship, please just pay your overdues. That way we can book venues, run sessions, replace worn out carriers.
