Thanks for bearing with us over the past few months. Admin has been a bit hit and miss, as have responding to messages and following up queries. But all of us who run CSL on a voluntary basis needed some time with our own families. I’m just about to start sending out the renewal/return texts…

None of our venues are planning to reopen yet, and even when they do, under current guidance we will not be able to run Library sessions as we have done in the past. In the light of yesterday’s Government advice that all non-essential travel and contact with others should be avoided, we feel the responsible way forward is to suspend Chesterfield Sling Library drop-in sessions and workshops for the time being, effective immediately, for at least the remainder of March and for April.  We will review this position…
