Donations
At our Hasland session last week one of the volunteers was asked if we accept donations. The lady asking was a parent who had brought along her own carrier for some advice about how to use it, and who felt that the help she’d been given was worth something.
We will always help people to get the best use out of their own sling or carrier if this can be achieved safely. We don’t charge for this help. But yes, we do accept donations. We ringfence donations, and use them to subsidise our service when somebody REALLY needs a rental carrier or a home visit but is unable to pay.
